Retro Travertine Ceiling Light – Small Round Engraved Stone on Dark Walnut

Retro ceiling light – a small piece of engraved stone that gives a hallway real character

This compact ceiling light combines yellow travertine with dark walnut wood in a round, retro shape. At 6.7 inches across it fits hallways, closets, stairwells and small bedrooms where a large fixture would feel crowded.

Why choose this travertine ceiling light?

The design leans on wabi-sabi ideas: plain forms, natural materials and a bit of welcome irregularity. Light escapes through the sides of the stone as well as downward, so the fixture glows rather than just shining.

• Travertine and walnut: natural yellow stone set on dark walnut wood for a warm, earthy contrast.
• Engraved finish: the stone surface is engraved, adding texture you notice up close.
• Side light transmission: the shade lets light through its sides, giving a soft halo on the ceiling.
• GX53 base: takes a flat GX53 LED lamp, a common and easy-to-find format.
• Wide voltage: rated for 110–240V.

Small as it is, it makes a plain ceiling look considered.

Use one above a front door or in a narrow corridor, or set several in a row along a longer hall. With a warm LED lamp the stone takes on a honey tone in the evening. The low height of 5.9 inches keeps it clear of tall heads and opening doors.
