21. Orders, Shipping, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
21.1 Orders and Shipping
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Tevako.
Order processing and shipping details, including estimated delivery times and current shipping destinations, are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Currently, we process orders within approximately 1–2 business days and use standard shipping with estimated delivery timelines as described on the Site. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
21.2 Cancellations
Because we submit orders to our fulfillment process quickly, orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If you contact us promptly at info@tevako.com, we may attempt to assist, but we do not guarantee order cancellation after submission.
21.3 Returns and Refunds (Defective / Incorrect / Lost Items)
Tevako does not offer a broad “change of mind” or “no-questions-asked” return policy.
However, we will work with you in the following situations:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at info@tevako.com within a reasonable time (typically within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and clear photos or a description of the issue.-
We may offer one complimentary replacement shipment.

If a replacement is not possible or is also defective, we may offer a refund according to our internal review.

Lost or undelivered packages
If a shipment is lost in transit or never delivered, we will investigate with the carrier.-
After confirmation of loss or non-delivery, we may first send a replacement.

In certain cases, we may offer a refund instead of a replacement.

Unclaimed or refused packages
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, not accepted, or not collected from a pickup location, we may, where applicable, deduct a handling/shipping fee from any refund, as described in our Shipping Policy.

22. Complaints and Defective Product Claims
If you believe that a product you purchased from Tevako is defective:

We will review your claim and may request that you return the item for inspection (details and return address will be provided by our support team if needed). After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund, in line with these Terms and our applicable policies.
