At Tevako, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy—allowing you to shop with confidence. You have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a return request.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

1. Return Request
Please contact us at info@tevako.com to submit a return request. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Instructions
Follow the instructions you receive once your return request has been approved.

3. Shipping the Return
Ship the item back according to the provided instructions. Please ensure it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.


Refunds

Approval
We will notify you once your returned item has been inspected and whether your refund has been approved.

Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Bank Processing Notice
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Orders are shipped from Asia, and customers are responsible for shipping returns back to our central warehouse in Asia.
Return shipping costs typically range from €20 to €40, depending on the size of the package.

No restocking fees apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.


Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene Regulations)

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are unopened, unused, and sealed:

• Underwear (e.g., briefs, boxers, etc.)
• Intimate or personal care products
• Any items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened

We reserve the right to refuse returns for hygiene-restricted items if the seal has been broken or if the product shows any signs of use.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you need is to return the original product. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Items Not Eligible for Full Refund

Free or promotional items: These are not eligible for a monetary refund. If your return is approved according to our policy, you will receive store credit instead.
