1. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
2. What are the requirements for a return to be accepted?
The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in its original packaging. Remember to include your order confirmation or delivery note.
3. How do I initiate a return?
Send an email to info@tevako.com with your order number, name, and delivery address. We will send you return instructions and a return address.
4. Who pays for the return shipping?
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping. We recommend that you use a shipping method with Track & Trace.
5. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Which items are non-refundable?
We do not offer refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Store credit
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please email info@tevako.com immediately with a photo and description of the problem. We will assist you as soon as possible.
9. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
10. How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
We deliver to several countries.
Standard delivery takes 4-6 business days and is free of charge.
