At Tevako, we understand how exciting it is to receive your new products, and we’re committed to processing and shipping your order with care and attention. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
🕒 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work hard to get your package on the way as quickly as possible.
Please note: orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are typically:

🔍 Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info@tevako.com.
🚫 Where We Ship
At this time, Tevako ships only to the United States and Canada.
We do not currently offer international shipping outside these regions.

No minimum order value required.

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tevako.com with a photo or video showing the issue.
In these cases, we will provide one complimentary replacement.
If the replacement item is also defective or incorrect, you may request a full refund.
🚫 Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if it becomes delayed/lost during transit, please contact us.
We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost before issuing any refund options.
🏠 Not Home / Unclaimed Deliveries
Once an order has been shipped, carriers may attempt delivery or hold the package at a pickup location.
If a package is returned to sender because it was not accepted, refused, or not collected, Tevako reserves the right to deduct a $15 handling & shipping fee from any eligible refund.
❌ Order Cancellation
Because orders are sent directly to fulfillment for fast processing, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.
