Metallic leaf paint – water-based shine for frames, furniture and decor

Metallic leaf paint – the look of metal leaf from a simple brush

This paint gives wood, metal, plaster and decor items a reflective metal look. It is handy for reviving an old frame, a chair leg or a candle holder. It is water-based and comes with a brush.

Why choose this metallic leaf paint?

Applying real metal leaf takes patience and a steady hand. This paint gets you a similar shine with a brush and a free afternoon.

• Water-based: the brush rinses out under the tap
• Works on many surfaces: wood, metal, plaster and decorative pieces
• Recoat in hours: a second coat can go on the same day
• Brush included: start right away, including on small details

A dull thrift-store frame can look new again by dinnertime.

Clean and dry the surface before you start. Apply thin coats and let each one dry fully for a more even shine. On edges and carved details, a dry brush with very little paint gives the nicest result.
