A solid wood coat rack with hooks that pivot on magnets: swing one out to hang something, then press it flat against the board again. Versions run from three to ten hooks, all twenty centimeters tall. Available in walnut, natural and black.

Why choose a coat rack with magnetic hooks?

An ordinary rack sticks out of a narrow hallway all summer, coats or no coats. These hooks fold in until they sit flush, which leaves the panel as little more than a strip of wood on the wall. When guests arrive you flip four of them out in one motion.

The board is twenty centimeters wide and runs from 28.8 centimeters with four hooks to 65.5 centimeters with ten. Hang it at a height where a long coat still clears the floor. Drill the two keyholes level and the board sits straight from the start.
