Jar candles are not one height, so the arm on this warmer slides between 23 and 33 cm. That lets you set the same gap over a squat tin or a tall apothecary jar. A dimmer and a two, four or eight hour timer handle the rest.

Why choose an adjustable candle warmer lamp?

A fixed-height warmer is only correct for one size of jar. Everything taller sits too close and everything shorter barely warms. An arm that moves means you buy the candle you like and adjust the lamp to it.

Loosen the arm, set the shade a few centimetres above the wax and tighten it again. Wide jars melt more evenly than narrow ones, so start at the lower end of the range for those. Let the wax set before you move the jar.
