A pair of molded inserts that add subtle lift inside a bikini top or a regular bra. The adhesive backing holds against fabric and keeps holding underwater. Each pad measures about 4.4 x 3.2 x 1 in.

Press each pad into a dry cup and smooth it from the center outward so no air is trapped. Rinse them in cool water after swimming and let them air dry face up. Keep the backing film to stick them on between wears.
