The seven-color model measures 17 x 15.5 x 4 cm and uses LEDs behind an acrylic front. The fixed-color version is slightly narrower at 14.5 x 5 x 15 cm and uses an EL lamp line, which gives a smooth, even stripe of light. Both switch modes with a single control, so you are not hunting for a button in the dark.
