FAQ

1. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return an item.

2. What are the requirements for a return to be accepted?
The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in original packaging. Remember to include your order confirmation or delivery note.

3. How do I start a return?
Send an email to info@tevako.com with your order number, name, and delivery address. We will send you return instructions and the return address.

4. Who pays for return shipping?
You as a customer are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.

5. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee.

6. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified via email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Which items cannot be refunded?
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift card

  • Store credit

8. What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Immediately send an email to info@tevako.com with a photo and a description of the problem. We will assist you as soon as possible.

9. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

10. How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Standard delivery in Denmark takes 4–6 business days and is free. All orders are shipped with tracking via DHL.
